During our inspection, we found that this CAT 349 cylinder rod developed a hairline crack around the radius (marked in red). Left unchecked, a small crack like this can lead to major failure in the field.

We quickly manufactured a new rod, completed a full reseal, and got this cylinder ready to get back to work.

Backordered parts don't always have to mean downtime.

We've recently manufactured several Dodge power steering adapters after customers were faced with extended lead times for replacement parts.

When parts are unavailable, obsolete, or difficult to source, our machine shop can often manufacture a replacement and get equipment back in service much sooner.

This spring has been off to a busy start! Here’s just a sample of some of the equipment we’ve recently had in the yard for various diagnostics and repairs. Repairs included replacing blown hoses, servicing cylinders, plumbing attachments, and replacing components such as valves, pumps, and motors.

From tractors and excavators to dump trucks, forklifts, firewood processors, and more — we appreciate the opportunity to keep your equipment up and running.

As we head into the holiday weekend, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – Noon
Sunday & Monday: CLOSED

As costs continue to fluctuate, we’ve been receiving more calls asking for “ballpark” pricing over the phone. We’d like to take a moment to reiterate our estimate policy.

Every hydraulic repair is different. The extent of wear or damage often can’t be determined until the component is disassembled and inspected in person. Seal costs, steel pricing, machining requirements, and internal damage can vary significantly from one repair to the next.

Because of this, we do not provide repair estimates over the phone.

Our goal is to provide accurate, honest estimates based on the actual condition of your component — not guesses or assumptions. The last thing we want is to quote a number over the phone that ends up being inaccurate once the repair is fully inspected.

We are happy to provide FREE estimates once your component is brought into the shop. After inspection, we will contact you with repair options and pricing before any work is completed. If you choose not to proceed for any reason we are happy to return the parts at no charge.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support.
