LOCKHART RISING III
The world came to Lockhart, Texas, for our third annual live-fire festival.
Hosting this gathering in the BBQ Capital of Texas will always be special, but the people are what make the day what it is. Chefs and pitmasters from Canada, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and across the U.S. joined some of Texas’s finest to share what barbecue and live-fire cooking can mean around the world.
An event like this takes a village. Thank you to the artists, chefs, pitmasters, local vendors, production teams, partners, and the broader Lockhart community who brought it to life and helped raise funds for the Lockhart Fire Department.
