3D Inkjet Museum (1970-1990s machines and artifacts This ink jet museum collection exists primarily to educate the world about a original 1984 history of Acoustic Jetting.

Specifically, a single nozzle inkjet with actively managed sound wave energy to form drops only at the fluid/air meniscus interface.

I just retuned from vacation outside US and after 5 minutes back am feeling uncertain about this lifestyle in USA.

This book of poems belonged to Louisa Johnson, President John Adam's son, Charles Adam's granddaughter living in Utica, NY.
It is part of the artifacts found in the museum family collection.
Inkjets don't excite people and so I'll show you this.
I receive input about things and this helps me be a better museum collector. I have been told, this little poetry book is magical by my brother. Maybe it is. Oh well. It is at least a good collectors item.

Have you ever seen a 3D printer that does not need support?
BPM five-axis inkjet plastic drop ejection does it. Amazing.

A single tubular ink jet activated by a Piezoelectric is unlike any other ink jet technology today.
It fires drops with sound wave propagation.
There is no fluid flowing in the tube to push out the drop.
You can hear the acoustic sound.
The piezo does not displace fluid in the chamber.
The tubular design is scalable.
Why hasn't anyone realized this yet?
It has been in active use since 1985.

This ink jet collection offers actual printers from the original five (5) ink jet 3D printing companies.
Ballistic Particle Manufacturing
Sanders Design International, Inc
Visual Impact Corporation
Sanders Prototype, Inc
Solidscape, Inc (to present)

All companies use Howtek ink jets and fluids. Inks were made of thermoplastic polymers designed around 1984-1986 for the Pixelmaster Color ink jet printer. The polymers inspired the 3D ink jet technology because they were excellent for investment casting. Alan Hock, Howtek VP, is credited with this idea.
