Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to help us continue to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HVAC mechanics and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment
Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
Educate customers on system maintenance and energy efficiency practices
Participate in emergency service rotation and respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with both commercial and residential HVAC systems
Current CFC Certification
Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Commitment to a drug-free workplace
