The Celtic Enterprises team had a great time Monday at Maryssa's Mission Foundation's 18th Annual Brownfield Memorial Golf Outing. We were proud to sponsor a hole and support an organization doing meaningful work for families across Ohio.

The number matters, but so does understanding what is behind it.

What's included? What's excluded? Are there allowances, potential gaps, or unknowns that should be discussed before construction begins?

Taking the time to clarify the scope upfront helps set expectations, avoid surprises, and give everyone a clearer picture of the project from the start.

A good bid is more than a number. It should show a clear understanding of the work.

When a project gets the green light, it's natural to want to get moving as quickly as possible.

But we've found that the projects that run the smoothest aren't necessarily the ones that start the fastest. They're the ones that start with a solid plan.

This morning, Ken sat down with our project management team to review an active project, discuss upcoming milestones, and make sure everyone is aligned for what's ahead.
