Maintenance and service are crucial components to the safe and reliable operation of our equipment. This week, we would like to spotlight Sean Burba. Sean is our equipment manager and handles all preventative maintenance, repairs, and necessary improvements to our vast fleet of equipment and trucks.

Sean has been with LCS for a little over a year. He works very hard to keep all our equipment and trucks in safe working order, as well as dispatching and scheduling our mechanics and even diagnosing problems. Sourcing parts, new equipment, attachments, and outside repair shops is a very daunting task and we are very grateful to have Sean to take care of our needs.

We asked Sean what he likes the most about working for LCS, he said "Although my day consists of chasing problem after problem, it is very rewarding being able to quickly respond and keep the jobs moving.ā€ Sean also mentioned he loves the staff that he works with as well as the operators for keeping him constantly up-to-date with arising issues or maintenance needs. Thanks, Sean for all you do.

LCS has teamed up with Breeden Construction to develop 'The Allure at Jefferson-Phase 2 project'. This project will be comprised of 3-story breezeway style apartments (124,000 SF) and is the 2nd phase of the already successful apartment community. This project features urban apartment homes with conditioned interior corridors and controlled access. The development includes a stand-alone luxury clubhouse with an outdoor pool, resort style amenities, management offices, a business center, and a fitness center.

Nearly 60,000 CY of material will either be moved onsite or exported offsite. As the project continues forward there will be just under a mile of new storm, sanitary, and water pipe installed. The project will wrap up with close to 1,000 CY of concrete and nearly 1,000 tons of Asphalt. Anticipated project completion; late 2024.
