Here we are laser engraving parts using a Keyence laser engraver. These laser engravers aren’t the cheapest. 40k + but the support makes it worth it 👌🏼We set the parts up and have it run automatically until the run is complete.

Here we are using a Bambú labs 3D printer to make our fixtures that we use on our Keyence Laser engraver

Here we are using a Waterbury Farrell #20 to straighten fasteners that warped during heat treatment. As you can see the dies are made specifically to straighten the parts.

EDM hole popper is used to drill lockwire holes onto fasteners. Effortlessly drills through hard material. H11, inconel, titanium, you name it.
