Our goal here at TMC Construction Services is to give our clients exceptional experiences by designing and remodeling their homes so that they enjoy their homes like never before. Every decision and process we have strives towards that one goal.
I recently had a homeowner contact me and indicated that they had all their materials and designs and just wanted labor only.
While we understand the perceived money saving effort and being definitive about the materials is good, however this is a very slippery slope.
Why, you ask? What happens if the cabinets don’t fit or come in damaged, what if not enough tile was ordered and no more can be found that match, what if the counter top won’t fit, etc. If anything like that happens your project stops for weeks, or longer.
At TMC Construction Services we want that burden! We want the responsibility of ensuring each product that gets installed in our clients homes fits properly, looks stunning, and there are no delays or hiccups.
After all, we are professionals. We do this everyday. No one, of course, gives the car dealership all the parts and tells them to build the car, no one takes groceries to the restaurant and tells the chef to cook the meal…
