Here’s some pictures from a recent site visit at a local industrial facility using Gulf Coast Paints Epoxies and Urethanes. Some of the products used include our CM-15 Epoxy Mastic, CT-370 Polyurethane and PC-590 100% Solids Epoxy.

1) Exterior tank primed with CM-15 Epoxy and CT-370 Polyurethane in a custom light blue

2) This structure was coated with CM-15 Epoxy and CT-370 Polyurethane. Colors inside safety yellow, gray and a custom green topcoat.

3) Structural steel primed with CM-15 Tile Red.

4) Center pier of a clarifier coated with PC-590 100% Solids Epoxy Black to replace a coal tar. This structure needed to be addressed first prior to coating the rest of the clarifier.

Check out this floor that was completed by a local installer with our flake flooring system. Products used were our CM-15 Epoxy Basecoat with Flake, followed by a finish coat of PC-1900 Clear Polyaspartic. This flooring system is slip resistant, easy to clean and has excellent abrasion & impact resistance.

Check out the before and after pictures on these tanks at an industrial facility. Gulf Coast Paints CM-15 Epoxy Mastic was used to refurbish these tanks.

CM-15 is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents and penetrates to provide excellent adhesion and protection of steel surfaces, and to upgrade old, deteriorated coatings. CM-15 is a multipurpose epoxy and can be used on concrete and direct-to-metal.
