Hello, September! Here’s what we’re doing this month. What about you?

Plant lettuces, radishes, and edible blooms—like nasturtium and violas

Divide and share daylilies and irises to enhance spring blooms

Plant snapdragons, sweet alyssum, pansies & violas when nighttime lows are in the 60s

Harvest those last tomatoes, peppers, and okra pods

Keep watching for pests while the heat lasts (neem oil!)

Water regularly and maintain mulch to regulate moisture
