Under beautiful blue skies, St. Luke's University Health Network officially dedicated its new, 15,000 SF medical facility in Hellertown, PA, this week! Located in the heart of Saucon Valley, this state-of-the-art building is now the official home of Saucon Valley Family Practice, CareNow Urgent Care, Outpatient Lab Services, and multi-specialty care suites.

Achieving this milestone required incredible teamwork. Through a total collaboration between Norwood, SLUHN, and the design team, we successfully delivered this advanced healthcare facility on a fast-track, 15-week schedule. Thank you to everyone involved for their dedication to bringing the building to life safely and efficiently.

Ground has officially been broken on the Wilson Area School District (WASD) Athletic Center Redevelopment project!

As construction manager for WASD, we’re proud to partner with owner’s rep Trane on this major athletics initiative, which will modernize and consolidate the district's athletic facilities into one cohesive, multi-use campus. The project is anchored by a reconstructed stadium and a new 39,000 SF field house.

This project brings academics and athletics together in a way that's truly special. Plans include an upgraded stadium and gymnasium, new technology classrooms, a state-of-the-art tech lab, a new training and fitness facility, a dedicated wellness space, and a College & Career office.

We're incredibly excited to help bring this vision to life for WASD's students, athletes, and the community!

Norwood is proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the new state-of-the-art facility for Endress+Hauser in Edgmont, PA.

We were honored to play a role in bringing this milestone project to life. As Endress+Hauser’s new Northeast Regional Center, the facility stands as one of the first in the region to achieve LEED Gold certification. Built to serve customers across a diverse range of industries, the space includes an expanded Process Training Unit and Innovation Center that gives engineers, technicians, students, and customers a true hands-on training experience. The building will also house the Northeast Community Career + Education Forum, furthering STEM education and workforce development in the region.

This project reflects a shared commitment to sustainability, innovation, and education, and we're proud to have helped turn this vision into reality.
