Scott got his start in construction at around 15 years old, working alongside a good friend and his dad during summers and weekends.

They primarily focused on residential additions and roofing, laying the foundation for a career he’s now enjoyed for more than 22 years. Scott officially entered the industry in 2004.

When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Scott says:

“Working as a team to create something everyone involved can be proud of. Every job has its own challenges, so it never gets boring. I couldn’t do a job where you perform the same task in the same location day after day.”

Outside of work, Scott enjoys tackling projects around the house, tinkering with his classic project car, and spending time outdoors fishing and hunting whenever he gets the chance.

When it comes to family time, Scott says:

“We enjoy taking road trips, visiting historical sites, and exploring places off the beaten path. We try to avoid places that are too crowded.”

Another new hire‼️

Justin Provosty began his career in commercial construction 22 years ago after graduating from the University of Mississippi.

Over the past 15 years, he has built a successful career as a commercial superintendent, leading projects with experience, dedication, and a passion for the work.

Justin says his favorite part of the job is interacting with people, tackling challenging projects, and meeting deadlines.

Outside of work, Justin is a devoted dad and an avid sports fan. He enjoys cheering on Ole Miss football and the New Orleans Saints, as well as traveling with his family.

“We love traveling out west to go snow skiing and making trips to Oxford for Ole Miss SEC football games.”

Tommy Dupre began his career in the construction industry in 1997 as a field engineer with Brice Building Company. In 2002, he was promoted to superintendent, with his first project in that role being the Education and Research Building at Children’s Hospital.

When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Tommy says:

“Two things I enjoy most about what I do are taking a vision and making it become reality. Secondly, the people I work with. I enjoy working side by side with people to come up with solutions, share my experience and knowledge, and continue learning. We are never too old to learn.”

Outside of work, Tommy enjoys fishing, crabbing, and spending time outdoors hiking with his family.

“I am very fortunate that my family enjoys the same hobbies I have.”
