Another great deck remodel completed.

We took out the old, tired, “high maintenance” painted/stained treated lumber and replaced it with a high-quality composite decking material + black aluminum hand rail.

Earlier in the year we performed a basement remodel for the homeowners son. After that job was completed, the homeowners on this project called us about an opportunity to go to work for them.

Another deck remodel in the books! Love the way this one turned out. We replaced the old, worn-out decking with a composite material and upgraded the handrail to black aluminum to maximize the views! Just in time to enjoy these cool Fall nights.

Weekend Update on a few of our ongoing projects!

Deck remodel: tear out and replacement completed in two days at 30% of the cost of other competitors bids.

Sunroom addition: a 10'x12' temperature-controlled addition, full of windows and natural light.

Riley Blvd: a full 2-story restoration of a 100-year-old building on the main strip in Ogden, KS. Innovative building practices using hemp-crete blocking to preserve the original structure. Main floor will be commercial space, bringing well-paying jobs to the community. Second floor will be residential space with five 2 bed, 2 bath apartment units. Much more to come on this project soon!
