Happy September!!

Yesterday, a few Tau Bates helped decorate the Bent for the month! Bentzy is officially in full tailgating attire and ready to cheer on our K-State Wildcats this fall. 💜🏈🐾

✨ Intern Spotlight #3 featuring Isaiah Choma! ✨

Isaiah had a busy summer! He spent a majority of it interning at Foot Locker in Camp Hill, PA, as a supply chain engineer. During his internship, he analyzed team member hourly rates and implemented solutions to optimize performance and eliminate non-value-added processes.

Outside of his internship, Isaiah also had the opportunity spend two weeks in Ghana for an annual missions trip and travel to New York during the Knicks’ championship run.

Sounds like an amazing and impactful summer, Isaiah!!

✨ Intern Spotlight #2 featuring Lily Moss! ✨

This summer, Lily interned at John Deere’s Product Engineering Center in Waterloo, IA, as a product engineering intern. She primarily worked with the Structures and Concepts team in Utility Tractors, where she used skills like Creo Parametric modeling, FEA evaluation, and designing cast, stamped, and sheet metal parts for manufacturability.

✨ Intern Spotlight #1 featuring Ally Hower! ✨

This summer, Ally interned at Walker Consultants as a structural engineering intern, where she contributed to a variety of projects. Her primary projects included a parking assessment for KU Medical Center and a Property Condition Assessment for Saint Teresa’s High School.
