A new roundabout is beginning to take shape at the ND 13 and ND 32 intersection east of Gwinner, North Dakota. 🚧

Concrete is being placed for the center island of the new roundabout as construction continues on this North Dakota Department of Transportation improvement project. Our team is providing construction administration services as the project takes shape and moves one step closer to improving safety and traffic operations for the traveling public!

🍂 Fall cleanup season is almost here.

When leaves, grass clippings, fertilizer, and trash end up in storm drains, they don't disappear. They travel through the storm sewer system and can eventually reach our lakes, rivers, and ponds.

Turns out, there's a way to help turtles cross roads without putting anyone in traffic. As part of Dakota County's CSAH 32 Reconstruction project, we helped incorporate wildlife crossings that give turtles and other wildlife a safer route beneath the roadway while improving safety along the corridor.

When it comes to planning for heavy rain events, local knowledge matters. Luke Heikkila and Jackie Hertel joined residents at National Night Out in Cook, Minnesota, to gather feedback on areas that tend to flood during significant rainfall. As part of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Stormwater Resiliency Project, these conversations help identify challenges, improve understanding of local conditions, and support future resilience planning.
