In 1976, RWC was taken over by Robert's sons, Jon and Lee Carlstrom. As of 2004, our leadership team consists of Scott Umhoefer as President and Jeremy Hatlevig as Vice President of Operations. Employee Spotlight: Meet Justin Fahey, one of our Project Manager/Estimators!
Justin's a Chaska, MN native who headed to Mankato for college, earning his Bachelor's in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration from Minnesota State University. Now he calls Lake Crystal home with his wife Katie and their three daughters, Aubreigh, Amelia, and Addyson. When he's off the clock, you'll find him cheering on the MN Wild, golfing, or camping with friends. Justin's also a volunteer firefighter for the City of Lake Crystal.
