For the new deck floor, we used Deckorators Summit Series decking, while the new railing was installed with Deckorators ALX Contemporary Railing in black.🔨👷

The special feature: we installed new deck skirting with HardieTrim, as well as an access gate, which was all painted with two coats of Sherwin Williams SuperPaint.

On this Atlanta, GA home, we completed a deck rebuild using Trex products.🥳

We removed and disposed of the existing deck and steps and built new deck framing with pressure treated pine. We installed new deck flooring, steps, and skirt board in the Honey Grove Color from the Trex Enhance Natural Series decking collection.👷

For the railing, we used Trex Enhance Steel Railing with black square balusters. 🛠️

A fresh exterior starts with fixing what’s underneath.

For this Kennesaw, GA home, our team removed the old shingle shake siding on the front of the house and installed new James Hardie siding. We also found and replaced areas of rotten wood, including fascia, brickmould, soffit, and other exterior trim.

Once the repairs and siding work were complete, we painted the exterior to bring the whole project together.

The result is more than a new look. These upgrades help protect the home from Georgia heat, rain, humidity, and moisture damage.

Atlanta storms can be tough on a deck, especially when it leads to tree or debris damage. 🌳➡️🏡

This wood deck in Atlanta needed more than a few repairs, so we built and installed new framing, support posts, and railing.

We also replaced the old lattice skirting with new pressure treated pine lattice. Along with this, we added some extra character to the deck with a newly built pergola.🥳

Alpharetta exterior home refresh! ✨ Swipe to see the before ➡️

Here’s how we did it:
🏡 We installed new James Hardie siding on the front and back of the house
🔨 We replaced areas of rotted wood on the soffit, fascia, corner boards, garage door frames, and a few boards of damaged siding on the left of the home
🎨Using Sherwin-Williams products, we painted two new coats of paint on the exterior and stained the front porch.

Now this Fulton County home has a brand new feel🤭
