🌾 Welcome to the team, Heather Goodman!
Please join us in welcoming Heather Goodman as our new Operations Manager here at Local Connection Ag!

Heather is a third-generation grain farmer from Cardington, Ohio. She says she was practically raised on a tractor, hopping on one for the first time at just two days old! Her roots run deep in agriculture, from showing cattle and sheep through 4-H to earning her degree in Floral Design and Agronomy from The Ohio State University ATI.

Her career has taken her all across the ag industry, from soil sampling and sales at Crop Production Service to leading grid sampling and Pioneer Seed for Central Ohio Farmers Co-op to spending 13 years building relationships while selling Channel Seed with New Vision Ag.

Now she's continuing her journey with the Channel brand she knows and believes in, right here with us! Heather, we're so glad to have your experience, passion, and heart for agriculture on our team. Welcome aboard! 💚
