What started as two outdated commercial restrooms with aging tile floors, old wall finishes, worn partitions, and dated fixtures has been completely transformed.

We gutted both the men’s and women’s bathrooms down to the basics and rebuilt them with a clean, modern, and durable design built to handle years of heavy commercial use.

Not every project has to be massive to make a big impact. 🔥

Today’s “filler job” while drywall was setting up at another project turned into a clean dock extension for a returning customer — giving him the perfect spot to tie up another boat and upgrade his whole waterfront setup.

A lot of people know us for home renovations and remodeling, but yes — we build docks too. From additions and repairs to brand new builds, we’re always ready to help bring your waterfront projects to life.

One thing about us… we don’t believe in “small jobs” getting small effort. Whether we’re framing an addition, remodeling a bathroom, hanging drywall, or building onto a dock, we bring the same attention to detail and pride to every project.

Another custom deck project wrapped up by Premier Property Renovations! 🔨

This one was a unique hexagon-style deck built to wrap around the homeowner’s sunroom and completely transform the space. The previous deck had major structural issues from improper post installation, causing it to fail and become unsafe.

We tore out the old failing structure and rebuilt it the right way — with proper support, solid framing, and a fresh new layout built to last for years to come. The new design not only adds safety and functionality, but also gives the home a clean custom look that really stands out.
