This week, I’m incredibly excited and honored to announce that I’ve accomplished a professional goal that took nearly two years to complete.
Yesterday, I was officially notified that the REALTORS® Land Institute approved my designation as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC).
The ALC designation is one of the most respected credentials in the land industry, with only approximately 755 ALCs in the United States and just 17 throughout North Texas from Dallas to the Red River.
What makes this achievement especially meaningful to me is the level of commitment required throughout the process. The designation demanded extensive coursework, proven land transaction experience, and multiple recommendation letters from fellow ALC peers.
The required coursework included:
• Agricultural Land Brokerage & Marketing
• Land Investment Analysis
• Land Real Estate Site Selection
• Recreational Land
• Subdivision Land Development
• Tax Deferred 1031 Exchanges
• Transitional Land Real Estate
• Valuation and Transactions of Energy & Environmental Assets
I’m grateful for the clients, mentors, peers, and industry professionals who supported me throughout this journey. Land brokerage and development have always been more than transactions to me — it’s about helping families, investors, and communities create long-term value and legacy through land ownership and strategic planning.
I look forward to continuing to serve clients across Texas with an even deeper level of expertise, insight, and professionalism.
