Coil in. Finished R-panel out.

Our R-panel roll forming machine takes a coil of steel and forms it into finished R-panel, cut to length and ready to install. Hydraulic decoiler, heat-treated and chrome-plated rollers, and Siemens PLC length control, all on one line.

It runs 22 to 29 gauge steel at a 36 in coverage width, and we build the same line for AG, PBR, PBU, PBD, U-panel, and custom profiles.
