⚾️ Team Titan took over Progressive Field last night!

We traded hard hats for baseball caps and spent the evening cheering on the Guardians as they took on the Yankees.

Did we get the win? Unfortunately, no.

Did we eat too much ballpark food, give the umpires unsolicited advice, and have a great time with an awesome group of people? Absolutely.

Sometimes the best part isn’t the final score. It’s taking a break from the job site, spending time with great people, and making memories together.

Thanks to everyone who came out. We’ll get ’em next time, Guards! 🔥⚾

From dark, closed off, and outdated… to bright, functional, and completely transformed. 🔥

This project was more than just a cosmetic remodel — we completely reimagined how this home lives and flows.

✔️ New mudroom + custom tree hall built in
✔️ Foyer completely reworked
✔️ Doorways opened up throughout
✔️ Stairwells and handrails updated
✔️ Fully renovated bathroom
✔️ New flooring throughout
✔️ Custom kitchen + finish details from top to bottom

The goal was simple: take an older non-functional home and turn it into a modern space designed for real everyday living — brighter, cleaner, more open, and significantly more functional for the family.

This is the kind of transformation we love being a part of.

From an empty shell… to something pretty paw-some. 🐾

Huge congratulations to Sparkle Grooming Co. on their Grand Opening in Avon! ✨

Ww had the opportunity to transform this space from a blank canvas into a fully built-out dog grooming facility — complete with grooming stations, wash bays, reception, kennels, and everything needed to keep Avon’s pups looking their best.

We’re incredibly thankful to Sparkle for trusting our team with this project and allowing us to bring their vision to life. Seeing businesses grow and open their doors to the community is always one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

We’re proud to have been part of this one — and we can’t wait to help bring future Sparkle locations to life as well.

Building Medina County — One Project at a Time.

This space started as an empty shell of concrete floors, open ceilings, and cinder block walls. Our team took it from that raw condition and completed a full office build-out, private offices, conference rooms, polished concrete, glass systems, a full kitchen, upgraded mechanicals, and new bathrooms.

From layout planning to framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishes, and final details, this project required coordination from the whole team and precise ex*****on to bring the space to life and create a clean, modern working environment.

Proud of our team and grateful for the opportunity to deliver another commercial transformation here in Medina County.
