We would like to congratulate our COO, Megan Ferloni on her selection by the Memphis Business Journal as a Women Who Lead in General Business in the October 1 edition of the publication. Megan was appointed as COO at Centro, Inc. in February 2026. She oversees the strategic operational scaling, systems development, and team leadership for the company. Prior to her current executive role, she built a strong leadership track record in the Memphis area working with major distribution, automation, and supply chain firms, including Agilix Solutions, View, Inc., and IAC Supply Solutions, Inc. This is wonderful recognition for a new leader of our company and someone who has had already had a major impact on the success of Centro.

On October 1, Andy Silas, Division Sales Manager of the Instrumentation, Measurement & Control Division ended his 34 year career at Centro. As usual, Andy went out at the top of his game, with his division have another outstanding year of growth and profitability. Andy was one of the 4 founding division sales managers of Centro when the role was created and launched on April 1, 2002. He actually started as our Valve Division Sales Manager, and moved over to instrumentation in May of 2003 when Centro acquired Green Controls of Jackson AR and we became a Foxboro representative. Andy has set the standard of performance at Centro as an inside salesperson, then as a territory manager, as the Memphis branch sales manager, and for the past 24 years as one of the foundational sales manager of Centro. Through his career he was a leader, a mentor, a trainer, and a winner. His leadership and commitment to hard work was a standard that was admired by everyone at Centro, by all of our vendors, and by our customers. We will miss him but we are also delighted to have had the chance to be his friend and co-worker for so many years.

We would like to recognize Libby Graves on her 29th anniversary with Centro and thank her for her long service to the company in a variety of roles. Libby has the very important job of Supervisor of Accounts Receivable and leads the team that has a huge impact on the financial health of Centro. During Libby's career she has worked with our outside sales team, our inside sales team and with many of our customers. Accounts receivable is not a part of the business that receives the accolades that are often directed to the sales team, but without disciplined AR processes and people, sales would not translate into income. So, we all owe Libby and her team a debt of gratitude for reliably turning our sales into income.

We would like to congratulate and thank Amos Hutchinson on his 7th anniversary as part of the Centro team. Amos started his career with a key Centro vendor, the Flowserve Valve Division. Shortly after he finished training at Flowserve, he was assigned to the Memphis territory and began his professional career and the Flowserve Valve person working with the Centro outside sales force. As often happens with large companies, after a period of time Amos was transferred out of our area, he later left Flowserve and had a number of professional experiences. Just a little more than 7 years ago, Mike Gallagher, Jerry Walling and John Andreuccetti were visiting a key Centro vendor in Kentucky. We were staying in a Hampton Inn and it turned out that this was the same hotel that Amos was staying in. He had returned to Memphis as a project manager for a local company. Centro had recently acquired Advanced Industry Support Inc. and John Andreuccetti the president of AISI, was planning to retire and so the next step was inviting Amos to join the company in the control panel business. Later after John retired Amos became the general manager of the control panel business. He successfully moved the business into our Memphis branch, and expanded our value add activities to include valve repair after the acquisition of Eagle Valve & Automation. Amos's skills as a project manager, a mechanical engineer and across a wide range of Centro brands has made him a critically important leader specifically of the control panel and valve shops but also as a project leader on customer applications across our territory.

We would like to recognize and congratulate Jessica Oliver on her 4th anniversary at Centro. She has accomplished a lot in 4 short years. Starting out in inside sales, she was later promoted to branch manager, and most recently she has become territory manager in Middle Tennessee replacing long service salesperson Brad Davis, who has been promoted to Business Development Manager for the Instrumentation, Measurement & Control Division. Jessica has approached every job and challenge with determination, enthusiasm and a commitment to hard work. We are super lucky to have her on our team and we expect great things from her in her new Territory Manager role.

We would like to recognize and congratulate Scott Selling on his 7th anniversary with Centro. Scott was known to the Centro team for many years before he joined the Nashville branch as part of our inside sales team. After several years of successful work, Scott was asked to take over as Branch Manager of the Nashville branch. As he has since he joined Centro, Scott is an outstanding professional who works diligently on behalf of our customers, our vendors and importantly on behalf of his Centro teammates in Nashville and our other 8 locations.
