Climax R2CC-Series Re-Machinable Couplings are offered with an undersized bore allowing the customer the necessary clearance to re-machine the bore without damaging the existing clamp screws. The pilot bore can be safely enlarged to the nominal bore size reflected in part number nomenclature.

Machining the bore to your custom size allows for better alignment and a smoother operation in high speed precision applications. This provides you with the opportunity to align your shafts when they are not standard sizes or have been worn down over time.
