We had a great day visiting the Forest Vista Learning Center project site — a space designed to support and inspire K-12 students local to the Oak Harbor, WA area.

Notable features include a retention pond for stormwater management, rooftop solar panels, and a geothermal ground loop system that will help improve long-term energy efficiency and environmental performance.

This transformation brought a brand-new 41,500 GSF instructional facility to campus — replacing outdated Buildings 2200 & 2300 with a modern, collaborative learning environment designed for the future of education.

The new three-story space features:
✨ State-of-the-art classrooms & labs
✨ Faculty offices and shared collaboration spaces
✨ A dedicated performance venue
✨ Upgraded campus infrastructure and stormwater improvements
✨ Extensive landscaping, hardscaping, and site restoration

From demolition through final site development, this project reshaped a key part of campus while creating flexible spaces that support learning, creativity, and community connection for years to come.

As Safety Week comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on the impact our teams made together.

This week, our workforce participated in daily Toolbox Talks focused on “Stuff That Can Kill You” (STCKY) — highlighting high-energy hazards and reinforcing the actions that help prevent Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs). We also brought teams together through our Safety Symposium, covering critical topics like wildfire smoke, heat stress, fall protection awareness, and more.

At Bayley, safety is more than a priority — it’s a shared responsibility and a core value. We’re incredibly proud of the engagement, participation, and dedication shown across all our job sites this week.

Because the strongest teams are the ones that look out for each other.

This , we’re looking back at the transformation of , a high-end tenant improvement in Bellevue Square.
Working closely with .arch, Bayley helped bring the owner’s vision to life—transporting guests straight into the jungles of Tulum, Mexico. The space features sculpted plaster forms and sweeping curved vines designed to emulate the feel of a Mayan jungle.
Fun Fact: Many of the vines were specially sourced and imported, then carefully soaked, uncoiled, shaped, and double-coated with fireproofing before being installed throughout the restaurant.
