Our company has grown from less than 10 employees, to a specialized corporation in commercial construction with over 100+ employees. stability and continued use of qualified personnel throughout the years. Florida Lemark's primary focus is commercial construction, however we offer a wide variety of services from restoration of existing structures as well as new construction. Since our inception, we have completed over a thousand projects in the South Florida Region.

Funds raised from this event directly support Miami Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building strength, stability, and self-reliance through safe, affordable housing.

We are especially proud of our Marketing Director for her continued commitment to serving the community and for once again being a valued member of the Host Committee. Her passion for giving back reflects the values we strive to uphold both inside and outside our organization.

We're proud to share the completed photos from Phase II of the Norland Middle School GOB Partial Replacement and Renovation in Miami-Dade County.

This was a full-scale campus modernization — and when we say full-scale, we mean it. Renovated classrooms, restrooms, and admin spaces. A brand-new commercial kitchen with walk-in cooler and freezer. A fully upgraded auditorium with extended stage, new seating, lighting, and sound systems. New HVAC, roofing, electrical, and a campus-wide fire alarm system. Impact-resistant windows. New covered walkways, basketball courts, marquee sign, and a fresh coat of paint across the entire campus.

Every upgrade was designed with one goal in mind — giving Norland's students and staff an environment that's safe, modern, and built to last.

This is what investing in public education looks like from the ground up.

Work is underway at the iconic Towers of Key Biscayne and we couldn't be more proud to be back on site for another chapter with this incredible community.

For over 13 years, Florida Lemark Corporation has been the trusted restoration and renovation partner for this beloved 1972 condominium complex. From structural garage repairs and balcony waterproofing to expansion joint replacements, pool and pond restorations, we've done it all, and we keep showing up stronger.

Now, we're transforming their Pool Deck, and the results are going to speak for themselves. 👀

Last week, we were honored to host the groundbreaking of Yaeger Plaza — a meaningful step forward for our community.

Florida Lemark Corporation is proud to lead the construction of this 198,427-square-foot, eight-story affordable senior living community at 1177 NW 62nd Street in Miami. Yaeger Plaza will bring 135 thoughtfully designed residences to life, alongside amenities that promote connection, wellness, and accessibility including a fitness center, community entertainment spaces, ground-floor retail, and more.

With construction officially underway as of March 2026, this project reflects our continued commitment to delivering impactful, community-centered developments that meet critical housing needs and strengthen the neighborhoods we serve.

Proud to see our team out at the annual Red Door Classic this past Friday at the Historic Miami Shores Country Club! ⛳️

Known as one of South Florida’s most fun and impactful charity golf tournaments, the Red Door Classic brings together alumni, community leaders, and partners for a great day on the course. All while supporting incredible causes. Since its founding in 2015, the event has raised more than $475,000 for charity, benefiting initiatives such as FIU First Generation Scholarships, the Buoniconti Fund for spinal cord injury research, and scholarships for Sigma Phi Epsilon students at FIU.

We’re proud to continue strengthening our partnership with Florida International University, supporting programs that open doors for first-generation students and advance meaningful research in our community. Events like this highlight the power of collaboration between business, education, and philanthropy to create lasting impact.
