Building a safer, more sustainable future for Miami Beach. 🌊🏗️

Lunacon Construction Group is proud to begin construction on the new Marine Patrol Facility for the City of Miami Beach at 1790 Purdy Avenue.

The new 9,650-square-foot, three-story facility will provide a modern home for both the Miami Beach Police and Fire Marine Patrol divisions, strengthening emergency response throughout Biscayne Bay while supporting the surrounding Maurice Gibb Memorial Park.

Designed to pursue LEED® Gold Certification, the project reflects a shared commitment to sustainable, resilient, and high-performing public infrastructure. During construction, our team will prioritize waste reduction and recycling, responsible material sourcing, low-emitting products, indoor air quality, environmental controls, and long-term building performance.

This project is more than a new facility. It is an investment in public safety, sustainability, and the future of Miami Beach.

We are honored to partner with the City of Miami Beach and M.C. Harry & Associates to bring this important vision to life.

Lunacon Construction Group is proud to partner with the City of Fort Lauderdale on Phase II of the Holiday Park Improvements and help bring this vision to life.

This project will create meaningful enhancements for families, children, athletes, pet owners, and residents — from the new Everglades-themed playground to improved recreational amenities and accessibility throughout the park.
