This extensive Jamestown renovation transformed an existing property into a home designed to feel brighter, more open, and deeply connected to its coastal setting.

In the kitchen, crisp white cabinetry, warm wood accents, soft blue tile, and an oversized island create a space that feels fresh and timeless — while walls of windows keep the water and surrounding landscape firmly in view.

No plans after dinner. No reason to rush home.

Summer nights at Hammetts Hotel | Newport, Rhode Island are exactly what August should feel like. This four-story, 84-room boutique hotel was one of our larger commercial projects, complete with restaurant and retail fit-outs and plenty of complex construction happening behind the scenes.

The finished product? A waterfront destination made for staying awhile.
