Where getting a lot of calls about systems not keeping up. First question - what do you have your thermostat set at? When you have your thermostat set below the outside dew point, it won't keep up. During this real hot/humid weather, keep your stat at 73/74. Keeping it at 70 or below is just going to put strain on your condenser. And of course - Check Your Filter!!

It's that time again, the heat is on!

Here are some AC tips: 1. Don't turn your air down too low, the systems are not designed for that. 2. The moisture on your windows is normal when the humidity is high outside and it's cooler in your house. If it bothers you, turn your air up. 3. If your air is not working - TURN IT OFF. The longer you let it run, the more damage it could do. 4. Keep growth/bushes/mulch away from the outside condenser - the unit needs proper air flow.
