It’s Wednesday Question Day! 🍂😂

Tomorrow’s forecast: around 50° in the morning and 75° by afternoon. Missouri’s giving us hoodie weather and shorts weather in the same shift.

Where will we find you?

🔥 Turning on the heat like winter has arrived
🪟 Opening every window in the house
🌱 Outside doing yardwork because “it’s too nice to waste”
🛋️ Watching your neighbor do yardwork because somebody has to supervise

And who’s wearing a hoodie with shorts because you don’t trust either forecast? 😂👇

A little Sunday home check before the week gets busy:

🌬️ Take a look at your HVAC filter.
🔔 Test your smoke alarms.
🚰 Check under a sink for leaks.

You don’t have to tackle everything today. Which one is going on your list?

10/17/2026

Saturday’s tiny home task: Open the cabinet under your sink and take a look. 👀🚰

Any drips, damp spots, or that mystery container someone put under there ages ago? A quick peek can help you spot a leak before it makes a mess.

Which cabinet are you checking first - kitchen or bathroom?

If you find a leak, Davis & Son is here to help. Call 417-524-2145.

It’s time for the fall household debate. 🍂

Are you Team Heat On 🔥 or Team Windows Open 🌬️?

Bonus question: Does everyone in your house agree, or is somebody quietly changing the thermostat when no one’s looking? 😂

The house is quiet… except for the toilet that sounds like it’s still running. 🚽💧

Be honest: Do you investigate right away, or do you jiggle the handle and hope for the best? 😂

If it keeps running, our plumbing team can find the cause. Give Davis & Son a call at 417-524-2145.

🚰 Wednesday Question of the Day!

What do you call the water connection on the outside of your house?

A hose bib? A wall hydrant? A spigot? “The thing the hose hooks to”? 😂

Our team got talking about all the different names customers and technicians use. Depending on the fixture, those names can describe different designs - but we want to hear what you call yours!
