📸 Take photos and videos as it’s happening to show timestamps
🧊 Measure hail size next to a common object — you can even freeze a piece for proof
🚨 Find leaks early — the sooner you catch them, the less interior damage
🪟 Photograph damaged materials like windows, pipes, siding, or roofing
🚿 If a water line breaks, shut off the water immediately
💨 Dry affected areas ASAP to prevent mold and secondary damage

Recent project we finished up in Benders Landing!

Phase 1 of this project. Frame out a dormer extension to increase room in a second story room. This room was a flex room/ built out attic. Now it is a fully functional bedroom, full bathroom, and closet.

We had strict structural engineering plans to follow on this project which is not too much for Rennell Construction to handle.

Next phase will be a 550 sqft ground level addition and a full roof replacement!

We are Fence Professionals!

Recent project we finished up. 6’ Western Red Cedar pickets, 10” rot board, and galvanized gate frames. Customer requested Post Wraps along 1 side that sees ALOT of water. All 10’ posts set at a minimum of 30” and gravel at the bottom of the post holes.
