Company Description

Allman Outdoors, based in Concord, NC, is a construction company specializing in financial services infrastructure, rigging, hardscapes, masonry, retaining walls, and concrete solutions. We focus on delivering high-quality financial installations to enhance the outdoor experience for our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Technician at Allman Outdoors in Concord, NC. The Installation Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, assisting with installation of ATMs & signage, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent communication and customer service throughout the installation process.

Qualifications

Abilty to grasp new concepts quickly
​Ability to travel for up to 5 days is required
​Prior construction experience is a requirement
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
Prior experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Experience in rigging & installations is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required

❗️❗️❗️ Allman Outdoors is looking to hire one employee. Starting pay $18-$25 per hour and is based off experience. Requirements needed to be considered are below.

Average work week - 40-60 hours. OT pay is time and a half.

Position - Field/Installation Tech

- Basic understanding of construction (all types, not one trade in particular)
- Willingness to travel. Majority of travel is 1-3 days at a time.
- Valid drivers license.
- Clean driving history.
- Reliable transportation to our facility.
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling.

Perks of Job:

- 2 Weeks of PTO after 90 days.
- Direct deposit weekly for payroll.
