The Role
We’re looking for a smart, confident, and independent Marketing Manager who’s ready to take ownership of our B2B marketing function and help our customers thrive. If you excel in an environment where your ideas matter, your creativity is encouraged, and you’re trusted to lead initiatives from concept to ex*****on, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
• Work with vendors to develop and implement marketing programs that grow sales and strengthen our customer relationships.
• Lead content creation across digital channels, campaigns, and promotional materials
• Manage social media presence and community engagement
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional opportunities
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s marketing vision

What We’re Looking For
• A sharp, resourceful marketer with strong instincts and initiative
• Someone confident making decisions and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication skills — written, visual, and verbal
• Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking ability
• A polished, professional presence that reflects well in front of clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Familiarity with HVAC or wholesale distribution is a plus but not required
