Outdoor patio and bathroom. Two weeks in and another inspection down. Should be wrapped up in a couple more weeks. This is a great option for backyard pools.

Check out another 686 sq ft detached ADU with the attached patio cover and outdoor bathroom. Living space measures 30x20 for 600 sq ft and it has a few upgrades including 9’ ceilings, level 5 drywall, a custom shower, fulls height stone backsplash and an oversized stacking slider!
