Ronald "Ron" Moore dedicated approximately 30 years to Nova. He began his career in 1985 by helping install the half-mile branch line connecting Nova's Napa office to the local sanitation trunk line. He later served as a Project Manager on numerous fuel systems and marine projects before spending more than 10 years as Vice President of Operations.

Throughout his career, Ron led complex projects across the U.S. and internationally, including design-build work for the U.S. government in Canada, Israel, and Qatar.

Arthur "Art" Mendoza has been part of the Nova team since the year 2000, starting as a carpenter before transitioning to a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) for more than 25 years. Today, Art continues to support Nova's work on the Utility Infrastructure Project in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, for the Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Coast Guard. Work is nearing completion at Yokota Air Base in Japan, where Nova Group is leading Phase 1 of a Jet Fuel Bulk Storage Tank project to support reliable fueling operations. The fuel system was commissioned in late June, and crews are now focused on final punch list items as the project moves toward closeout.

Nova Group is thrilled to share that we've been awarded the F-22 Fuel Systems project at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) in Alaska! Our team will be providing critical Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) infrastructure to support the 5th-generation F-22 fighter aircraft.

Daniel "Danny" Sargiotto joined Nova as an intern in 2010 and has since advanced to Project Superintendent. Over the past 16 years, Danny has supported fuel systems projects at locations across the U.S. and internationally, including Darwin, Australia, and Tinian.
