Sometimes there’s no access to a yard or too many rocks and we can’t use screwpiles, so we use traditional concrete footings. Luckily with the help of laser & vibration tool along with the we had all the footings poured before lunch!

is a little late this week but last week was still a busy one! Finishing up the the front deck and landing just in time for summer and getting the footings ready so we can start framing! Wait for the framing surprise we’ve got in store!

a few days late but the holiday weekend has been a busy one already! This week we demoed our newest deck project and got it all ready for new footings and framings for next week. We also began the framing process for the second floor of our Frankenstein house so it will have a streamline roofline that will be much safer, as well allow them to add another bathroom!

It was a long cold winter building this deck, but the end result was worth it. With a gate for safety, two sets of stairs to access both the swing set and the pool, and a landing for when little legs get tired on the stairs, the deck is ready to host family gathering for years to come.

Another week and two more projects closed out! The Wakefield posts are wrapped, and painted, with a new black soffit ceiling and black lights. New sliders were installed in a local condo and you can’t even tell the difference which is really the whole point!

We’re back at the beautiful remodel we finished last year to finish up this entertainment area now that the patio is in! It’s crazy to see the transformation from the first time we were here to the yard now.

Richmond is coming along, everything is complete except for the Summerspace enclosure which will be installed as soon as it arrives!

Did anyone else feel like it was this week?

We finished the front stair landing in Richmond and moved onto demo the back. The back framing needs a little more support so while we waited for the materials we finished installing the on this beautiful that we started before all the snow this winter. Finishing up a project on a Friday is the best way!
