New slab Monday! and, it’s right next-door to a project we built a couple years ago. This build will be really unique flex space — home office/pool house/creative studio. We’re really excited to bring this project to life.

Meet your inspectors! Building inspectors are a key member of the team. We always meet the inspector in person and also communicate with them throughout the project and use their expertise when any issues arise.

Another new project is underway! We are really excited to kick this one off—It has been a long time in the works. We first met the clients 2 years ago through a referral from a past client. This is pretty common, where we establish a relationship early on and try to add as much value as we can.

We connected the customer with a top notch architect () and helped along the way to assist with questions re: budget and permitting.

This project is located on an iconic street in Germantown lined with beautiful historic homes. We’re excited to share lots of content as this build progresses!!
