One year ago, we took a chance on a guy from California who cheers for Vanderbilt… honestly, the odds were stacked against him. 😆

But somehow, Ethan survived his first year at Mid State Door & Window— and we’re glad he did.

From helping customers in the office to keeping things moving behind the scenes, Ethan has become a big part of the team. We figured surviving one full year deserved cupcakes, his favorite drink, and at least one balloon. 🎈🧁

Today was her first day at Mid State Door & Window….and honestly, we’re a little concerned about her work ethic.

Caught sleeping on the job before lunch. Didn’t measure a single window. Didn’t answer one phone call. Zero installs completed. 🐶💤

On the bright side, morale around the office has never been higher.

We’ll give her one more chance tomorrow before HR gets involved. 😂
