I run Wallaby Homes / FWF Construction — new builds, remodels, and precast concrete pools we crane into backyards in a day. Jobs across Old Hickory, Franklin, and Middle Tennessee.

I'm hiring one person to help run jobsites: keep the day moving, operate the skid steer and mini-excavator, and grow into running your own crews. I'll train you on the parts you don't know yet.

What matters to me:
✔ On time, every day. No drama.
✔ Can run a skid steer — or ready to get good fast
✔ Valid driver's license (you'll drive between sites)
✔ Attitude over experience. Reliability over everything.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus — many of our crews speak Spanish.
