Looking back on 2025.

Last year offered us a taste of a little bit of everything. Stepping out of our comfort zone and adapting to new services, practices, technology advancements, and just keeping up with the times. We pride ourselves in truly being a “one-stop shop” for all things ag construction and soil/water conservation. With our crew of hard-working and determined employees, along with a diverse and steadily growing equipment fleet, we fortunately have been allowed to expand our services to meet the needs of our neighbors and surrounding communities. Nothing we accomplish would be possible without each and every one of our truly valued customers. From all of us in the BTE family, thank you. We appreciate the continued business, relationships, and support all years past.

Talk about an overhaul! Nearly 2’ of silt removed from the entirety of this waterway and its laterals; giving its shape and capacity back. Accompanied by 6 basin systems and 2 rock pools, to ensure the bulk of water is taken underground and preventing further erosion in the future. We are glad to play a part in such a beneficial transformation.

Bollin Tiling & Earthmoving is hiring! We have part-time and full-time positions available immediately. Starting pay $20-24 per hour depending on experience. No overnight travel, home every night. Job duties are primarily field labor installing conservation systems on area farms. Other agricultural duties as assigned. Performance-based raises and bonuses are available.
