We had a great showing at the Annual CooperatorNews New Jersey, The Condo & HOA Resource Expo yesterday (4/29) at the Meadowlands Expo Center in Secaucus, NJ. The Kipcon team engaged in meaningful conversations with attendees about reserve studies, engineering solutions and community needs.

Kipcon Senior Project Manager, Melissa Wrubel, PE also participated on Taylor Management Company’s expert panel, sharing insight on the engineering impacts of this past harsh winter on residential communities.

It was an excellent opportunity to connect with industry partners, share our expertise, and be part of one of the largest events in New Jersey’s co-op and condo community space.
