Making major moves on our latest project! 🛠️✨

As you can see, the exterior is shaping up fast. The timber frame is complete and beautifully stained, electrical roughs are done, siding boxes are in place, and the roof is officially 80% complete!

Our Project Managers aren't firefighters; they are empowered leaders with an elite internal team backing them up.

We are growing and looking for two systems-driven construction leaders to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC:
🔹 Project Manager – Level 2 : Best for experienced field leaders or mid-career PMs ready to run premium builds independently and master our structured process.
🔹 Project Manager – Level 3 : Best for veteran residential PMs ready to take full ownership of 2 to 4 high-end builds simultaneously, manage trade partnerships, and mentor growing talent.
