Trick Construction has four decades of homebuilding experience in West Alabama. We develop a construction schedule that will be followed for each job.

Our motto is “Tuscaloosa’s premier builder delivering high quality to satisfied customers.” To do this, we work hard each day to practice what we preach. We have extensive specification sheets th

at will detail what finishes are included in your home. We work with local draftsman and architects to ensure your vision is put to paper for construction. By painstakingly filling out the specification sheet, we can try to ensure that no item is missed and all details are addressed. We coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure we stay on schedule. We also coordinate with the owner or buyer specific times to meet on the jobsite for review of what work has been done and plan ahead for future work. We try to keep communication between ourselves and the customer open so that mistakes and miscommunication can be eliminated. We have a written change order process that is used when a change or deviation from original specifications occurs. This process will give the customer the cost of the change and an estimated time frame if any delays in construction will result from the change. This allows the customer to be aware of how the change will impact construction and can make an informed decision if they would like to proceed with the change. We perform a final walk through with the customer prior to closing to address any items that had not been previously addressed. This gives one more set of eyes to ensure that the final product is one that makes both Trick Construction and the customer to be proud of what has been built. Trick construction plans on being a homebuilder in Tuscaloosa and Northport for many years. We have worked very hard to build our reputation.
