Meet Parker “John” Rand, III, owner of Criterium Rand Engineers.
John is our go-to mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of hands-on construction project experience. He’s known for being thoughtful, detail-driven, and always ready with smart, proactive solutions that keep projects moving smoothly and clients happy.

✨ A Little About John ✨
⬛️ Graduated from the University of Maine in Orono, Class of ’97
🟦 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology
🟩 Spent years in the pulp & paper world as an engineer and supervisor
⬛️ Most recently worked as a Senior Project Manager at a custom fiberglass manufacturing facility in Augusta
🟦 Has worked with major corporations designing equipment
🟩 Coordinated and scheduled field installations all across the East Coast

🏡 And because he loves this stuff even off the clock, he’s also helped build several residential and seasonal homes!

He and his wife, Tammy are often out adventuring, on the water fishing & boating, on the land - at concerts, sporting events & enjoying their camp. They are always taking in all the beauty of Maine.
