(He’s never going to let me live this down…but I couldn’t help it 🤷‍♀️)

If you’ve ever called Eagle Oil, chances are you’ve talked to Tom, met Tom, or benefited from something he was doing behind the scenes.

What many people don’t see is just how much of himself he pours into this business and the people we serve. There isn’t a day that goes by that he isn’t thinking about our customers, our employees, or how to make things better.

Running a business isn’t easy, and there are plenty of long days, late nights, and sacrifices that come with it. Through it all, Tom continues to show up, work hard, and do his best for the people who count on him.

Beyond the work, he has a genuinely big heart. He’s always willing to lend a hand, help someone in need, and go the extra mile without expecting anything in return. That’s one of the many things I admire about him and one of the reasons so many people enjoy doing business with Eagle Oil.

So today, I’d love it if you’d join me in wishing him a very Happy Birthday! 🎂🎉

Today might be National Administration Day… but I want to take a moment to recognize the people who are truly out there carrying this business every single day.

When customers call and speak with Tom, I often hear that they ask for me or share such kind words about their experiences. I want to say how genuinely grateful I am for that — it truly means so much to me, and I never take that kindness for granted. 💙

But the truth is… this company runs on so much more than what happens behind the scenes.

Tom — as an owner, partner, and father, the way you show up every single day is something special. You don’t just run a business, you lead it from the front. Early mornings, long days, and doing whatever it takes to make sure families are taken care of. I see the weight you carry and the pride you put into everything you do, and it deserves to be recognized.

And Jose — your consistency, your work ethic, and the dedication you bring day in and day out does not go unnoticed. No matter the weather, no matter the conditions, you show up and get the job done.

While today highlights administration, the real backbone of this company is out on the road — in the cold, in the snow, making sure homes stay warm and families are taken care of.

I’m grateful for the role I play, but I’m even more grateful for the people who make this business what it is.

🚨 Important Winter Safety Reminder 🚨

As winter weather continues, we want to take a moment to share an important safety message with our customers.

While our oil trucks are specifically designed to deliver fuel during cold weather conditions, they are not equipped to safely navigate heavy ice and snow, especially on steep or unmaintained driveways.

🚛❄️ For the safety of our drivers and your property, it is critical that:
• Driveways are cleared of snow and ice
• Hills and inclines are treated with sand or salt
• Adequate traction is available before delivery

If a driveway is unsafe, our drivers may be unable to complete a delivery until conditions improve.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding — keeping driveways safe helps ensure timely deliveries while protecting everyone involved.

❄️ Winter Weather Delivery Reminder ❄️

With the amount of snowfall we’re due to receive, we kindly ask our customers to please clear and create a safe path to your oil fill and driveway when possible. Heavy snow can make it difficult — and sometimes unsafe — for our drivers to access delivery locations.

If a clear path isn’t available, our drivers may have no choice but to return the ticket and reschedule the delivery. We truly want to avoid any delays and make sure you get the oil you need as smoothly as possible.

We appreciate your understanding and help during these winter conditions, and we’re so grateful for your continued support. Stay warm and safe out there! ☃️💙
