WE'RE HIRING A BOOKKEEPER
Position Summary: The Bookkeeper supports the accounting and operations teams by maintaining accurate financial records, tracking subcontractor documentation, inputting and processing subcontractor payment requests, printing and distributing checks, running reports for management, and assisting with job-related financial closeouts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, proper documentation, and timely processing of payments and records within a construction-focused environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting in a Construction Related enterprise
Familiar with AIA G702 and G703 pay applications and processing
Proficiency in Quickbooks and company softwares MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.
Understanding of subcontractor compliance, lien releases, and job cost documentation
Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive company financial information
Proficiency and efficiency in mathematics and ability to work in a friendly yet high paced environment with autonomy, limited supervision, showing initiative and urgency.

This candidate shall be a direct report to the the founders of the company.
This is FULL TIME and ON SITE position.
