Installing a 1,000-pound steel flush beam in place of a load-bearing wall is no small task!

What looks like a simple open-concept transformation involves some serious structural planning, precision, and coordination.

From temporarily supporting the weight of the home to carefully removing the existing load-bearing wall, maneuvering a half-ton steel beam into position, and setting it flush within the ceiling framing, every step requires careful ex*****on.

Unlike a traditional dropped beam, a flush beam must be integrated into the floor system above, making the installation significantly more technical and challenging.

Another update on our custom build!

We let AI have a little fun with the renderings, and apparently it decided our clients needed a few extra upgrades. But hey, you get the vision!

You’ll soon see the home come to life with beautiful custom box trim, complete with ornate corner accents inspired by classic French design reaching to the top of the great room 28’ high!

For over 8 years, we’ve been building and growing our company, constantly asking myself, “Am I doing enough? What am I missing?” I let small wins slip by unnoticed. Every time a goal was hit, I just wanted more.

But through the pain, the sleepless nights, and the relentless consistency, I’ve finally learned to pause and feel the progress. To look back at how far we’ve come and be proud. And more than anything, to say thank you. To my team: you show up every single day and pour your heart into this company. You believe in the vision, you carry it with me, and you make it real. None of this exists without you. Every late night, every challenge, every win, big or small, is ours.

This week, I was honored to attend Inc. 5000 in Dallas, Texas, surrounded by some of the most incredible founders and creators I’ve ever met. The stories blew me away. One company went from 2 guys in an office making $450K a year to $4 billion and a team of 250 in just 5 years. Story after story, each one completely unique.
My biggest takeaway, anything is possible. Ask yourself what you truly want out of life, then back it up with an enormous amount of faith in your ability.

To everyone still in the grind, celebrate the small wins. Celebrate them loudly, because they are the proof that the pain was worth it. They are the fuel that keeps you going when no one else sees the work. They are the foundation of everything you’re building, and they are the moments you can never get back. Don’t wait for the big finish line to feel proud. You’re already doing it.

And that’s a wrap on this duplex renovation!

Our clients weren’t afraid to step outside the box with bright colors, bold finishes, and some serious personality throughout both units. We love when homeowners bring their own unique style to a project and trust our team to bring it all together.

Another great transformation in the books ✊

Another beautiful primary bathroom renovation complete!

This project moved extremely fast and efficiently from start to finish. Our Project Manager flew through each stage, working closely with our designer, subcontractors, in-house team, and most importantly, our clients.

Our in-house crews and subcontractor teams continue to become stronger and more effective together. That coordination, along with proper planning from the beginning, allows us to move through projects like this quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.

We have some exciting projects ahead of us to finish up and some are just getting started!

We’re currently putting the finishing touches on our custom home in Marmora, and this one has been a special project for us. The amount of unique interior finishes, custom details, and craftsmanship packed into this house is pretty insane. There are things in this home we’ve never done before, and watching it all finally come together has been awesome. Having amazing clients to collaborate with is a huge bonus.

Next up, we’ll be breaking ground on a custom home in Woodbine — a classic modern farmhouse ranch with a completely different personality. Timeless, warm, open, and designed specifically around an amazing family with one on the way.

Then comes Port Republic, a spec home going for sale upon completion! This will be one of our own builds, featuring a Modern Scandinavian interior design. Clean architecture, natural materials, warm finishes, and some bold details that you definitely don’t see in every new construction home around South Jersey.

Three homes. Three completely different styles.

Stick with us and come take the journey with our team. We have a lot of building ahead of us, a lot of ideas we’ve been waiting to bring to life, and we’re just getting warmed up.

A truly custom interior sauna build from start to finish.

From the initial design to the final installation, every detail was built specifically for this space—creating a sauna fit for a king. Custom arched cedar backrest, two handcrafted cedar pillows, and a versatile lower bench/shelf, all finished with serious attention to detail.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have insanely talented finish carpenters in-house who can take unique ideas like this and turn them into one-of-a-kind builds with precision and craftsmanship.

This is what we love doing—taking an idea, pushing the creativity, and building something completely unique that you won’t find anywhere else.

The benefits of regular sauna use go far beyond relaxation.

Research found that sauna use 4–7 times per week was associated with:

• 63% lower risk of sudden cardiac death
• 50% lower risk of fatal cardiovascular disease
• 40% lower risk of all-cause mortality
• 47% lower risk of developing hypertension
• 66% lower risk of dementia

With benefits like these, regular sauna use can be well worth the investment. Not just in your home, but in your health, recovery, and longevity.

Who’s next?
