One year later look at there Dream home it wasn't a easy task but this is today. Its about 6 to 8 week to completing the Stephenson Dream Home let get them in before Thanksgiving....Over 2 years Build we took over once I got the call end of June 2022 an saw what a mess it was. To the Stephenson Family we put are hearts into this to job to turn it into your forever home we hope yall ❤️ it . Enjoy making lots of lasting memories there...

Day 9. One day left tommorrow morning while waiting on the inspection clean up silicone every unit and patch a few pcs of metal load trailer ans secure everything. Clean up the rental we staying at pickup and relax heading back home Saturday. Gave us till July 3rd to finish though was pushing it but we
finished 3 day early. Start to finish on Tiktok.

Day 9. We're done with all 8 sets demo, rebuilt an all handrails up and 4 dumpster filled. We have some cleaned up tommorrow load up extra material seal all the thresholds with some silicon and on some other areas. Called in inspection charge it from late afternoon tommorrow to morning will pass wit...

Day one almost finish one set demo and rebuild few setbacks but well be on tommorow finishing this one while starting demo and rebuild on the 2nd at the same time. . 8 set to demo total.

Love my job and the guys I work with the fun stuff starts tommorow oak treads, shiplap, cove crown , built-in etc. All worth it in the end when you have happy homeowners and builder. About a week or so left till other trades can get in do floors , prime cabenit lighting in etc then about 4 to 5 day of tie in and k***s etc.
