Will Dendinger joined the Old Market Association Board in Fall of 2025, stepping into the role of Secretary with a clear goal: to help shape the neighborhood while connecting with the people who care deeply about keeping it special. As an architect at CWP Architects, he brings a thoughtful, design-minded perspective to the table—one that naturally aligns with the Old Market’s character.
Ask Will to describe the Old Market in one word, and he won’t hesitate: textured. It’s a fitting choice. He’s drawn to the layers that make the district feel unlike anywhere else—the historic brick warehouses, intricate facades, and the stories built into every corner. For Will, the magic is in that balance: watching new energy and development take shape while preserving the neighborhood's architectural identity.
When he’s not thinking about design, you’ll likely find him at Orangetheory, out walking his mini Aussie, Roger, or cooking with his partner, Alex. And if you’re looking for him in the Old Market, there’s a good chance he’s grabbing taro gelato at Centi—or going classic with a chocolate malt from Ted & Wally’s.
