Recently, Lozier's Middlebury team took part in Horizon Education Alliance’s Career Quest Event. Thousands of seventh grade students participated in the two-day event where they rotated through quadrants highlighting Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, and Information Technology. Twenty-six Lozier employees staffed the company’s booth over the course of the event. Over 1,500 students interacted with the Lozier booth, gaining insight into manufacturing careers and processes while making spinners and winning swag.

In 2025 the Lozier Community Grants program provided support toward the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. Funding from Lozier was allocated towards hiring a part-time Homeless Outreach Coordinator, strengthening efforts to connect unhoused individuals with resources and support. Last week, Lozier spent the day at Wilson Middle School. Community Outreach & Engagement Manager Ralph Kleinsmith spent the day speaking to nine classes of eighth graders enrolled in the school’s Career Exploratory Program. The program exposes students to a variety of career opportunities, including business, medicine, art, skilled trades, and other pathways.
